The Osnabrück Kindertafel provides breakfast for students
Child poverty is increasing in Germany as well. At numerous schools in Osnabrück, children come to school hungry. The Osnabrück Kindertafel provides sandwiches, fruit and dairy products to 13 schools in Osnabrück every day so that these students can eat breakfast and learn. For this work, volunteers are dependent on donations, which we regularly contribute. The Kindertafel is part of the Osnabrück Tafel, which has been distributing food to people in need since 1996.
