Notification of claim
We would like to sincerely apologise for the damage caused and the associated circumstances. Firstly, we need to inform you that, depending on the complexity and situation, it can take up to 8 weeks to process the claim. Your complaint can only be processed promptly if you have completed the form in full and you submit all the documents needed to process the claim. Provide a precise description of the claim and your repair costs. Please note that if damage occurs, you are obliged to minimise this damage. When submitting this notification of claim, please also enclose the commercial invoice to the customer. This confirms the value of the shipped goods and is mandatory!
